AdsProfit is an artificial intelligence-based platform that analyzes advertising accounts (Amazon Ads, Google Ads and Google Merchant Center) and provides analysis, scores and optimization recommendations. Recommendations support decisions: the user remains solely responsible for choices made on their accounts.

Some features require account registration. The user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through their account.

Services are offered through subscription plans whose prices and features are set out on the Pricing page. Unless otherwise specified, prices are net of VAT. The user may cancel the subscription according to the applicable procedures.

AdsProfit undertakes to provide accurate analysis but does not guarantee specific economic results, which depend on numerous external factors. To the extent permitted by law, AdsProfit is not liable for losses or damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

All website content (trademarks, logos, text, graphics, software) is owned by AdsProfit or the respective rights holders and is protected by applicable law. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

AdsProfit reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect from publication on this page.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the courts of the place where the Data Controller is based, without prejudice to any mandatory legal provision to the contrary.
